Our top priority is patient safety and we set ourselves the highest standards possible and aim to provide a safe and caring environment for our patients and their families. We undertake regular medicines safety checks and have gold standard systems in place to monitor this.
We monitor the services we provide and update our services to keep abreast of any new developments. Staff regularly attend training updates and keep up to date with all mandatory training.
Using NiCE guidelines, we provide evidence-based, proactive, high quality person-centred care to meet the needs of our patient population and are open, honest and constructive in our reflective practices. Strong leadership and good governance structures form the basis of our patient care.
We are enthusiastic about our patient care and as part of Winsford Primary Care Network (PCN) we are often the first to pilot new services and approaches. We pride ourselves on the services we offer to patients and their families.
